FORMER army boss, Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Tlali Kamoli and the eight soldiers he is charged with for the 2015 murder of ex LDF commander, Lt Gen Maaparankoe Mahao will have their day again in court on January 24, 2022 when the High Court hears their case.

The matter in which Kamoli is charged together with Motsamai Fako, Motšoane Machae, Tšitso Ramoholi, Litekanyo Nyakane, Haleo Makara, Lekhooa Moepi, Marasi 'Moleli and Mohlalefi Seitlheko is expected to run until January 28.
The accused soldiers also face other charges including attempted murder, theft, obstruction of justice, damage to property, aggravated assault and risk of injury or death.

Most of these crimes allegedly occurred in Ha Lekete and Ha Ratjomose in Maseru on June 25, 2015 the day on which Mahao was allegedly gunned down execution-style by his colleagues.
