WATER and Sewage Company (WASCO) will close pipes which distribute water to Qoaling and Ha Tsautse in Maseru on Tuesday.

According to a statement released by WASCO Public Relations Manager, Lineo Moqasa, some areas that include Lithabaneng, Ha Matala, Ha Leqele, Ha Abia, Makhoaekhoeng, Lower Seoli, Masianokeng, Ha Shelile and Ha Ramatsa were also affected by the closure on Monday.

This, she said is due to the fact that the utility company is currently cleaning the High South Reservoir, advising the residents of the affected settlements to collect enough water to use during this time.
Ms Moqasa said the company is working tirelessly to ensure that water is available immediately after completion of the task at hand.
“There will be an inconvenience caused to the flow of traffic in some Road Reserved Areas,” the PR Manager also said.
