THE four soldiers who are charged with the murder of police Sub-Inspector Ramahloko will know their fate on December 6 when their treason case continues.

It is still not clear as to what direction the trial will take after it suffered a lengthy delay due to an application filed by Mothetjoa Metsing and Selibe Mochoboroane who are challenging their joinder in the case.

The two political leaders accuse the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Advocate Hlalefang Motinyane of failing to follow due process when filing the matter against them.
