LEHLOHONOLO Seema-coached Lamontville Golden Arrows will be looking to bounce back to winning ways in the DStv Premiership when they face Marumo Gallants at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium on Sunday.

Kick-off is at 3:30 pm CAT.

"We're still trying to give them as much game time as we can because the league is a marathon and it's going to be a difficult one," the Lesotho-born coach said.

Abafana Bes'thende stretched their winless run to six matches across all competitions when they lost 3-0 to Mamelodi Sundowns away in the MTN8 semifinal second-leg clash on Tuesday.

The KwaZulu-Natal side is currently placed eighth on the DStv Premiership standings - three points behind fourth-based Royal AM and they will be determined to climb up the table.

Seema hopes his captain Nkosinathi Sibisi is deemed fit for their match against Gallants after picking up a knock in midweek.

"Sunday we have a difficult one again, we have few players that have played, we'll see how it goes and hopefully the injury of Sibisi is not that bad but we'll see after a day or two when we arrive at home."

Meanwhile, Gallants remain winless this season having drawn 0-0 with Kaizer Chiefs at home in a league encounter last weekend.

Bahlabane Ba Ntwa find themselves in the 15th spot on the league standings with two points from four games, but the Limpopo-based side has a game in hand.

Sebastien Migne, Gallants head coach, is optimistic that his side will start winning matches after they held a much fancied Chiefs side to a draw.

"We try to develop football with our qualities. We cannot compare with Kaizer Chiefs but we had a game plan. We are on the way. I'm not scared," Migne said.

"This team will do something I'm sure. After that we need to improve inside and outside the field. We have a huge effort to do that. But we are on the way."

Golden Arrows: PLAYERS TO WATCH

Nduduzi Sibiya: The dribbling wizard is one of the most skillful players in the DStv Premiership and he grabbed an assist in Arrows' last league game against Sekhukhune United. Sibiya will be eager to use his dribbling skills to unsettle the Gallants defence.

Marumo Gallants: PLAYERS TO WATCH

Katlego Otladisa: The former Mamelodi Sundowns winger produced a Man of the Match performance in their draw against Chiefs. Otladisa will be hoping to use his blistering speed to cause problems to the Arrows defence.

Thabo Mnyamane: The left-footed attacker is one of Gallants' key attackers, but he is yet to score in the league this season. Mnyamane will be keen to open his scoring account for the season and help Bahlabane Ba Ntwa secure their first win of the season.
